WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

You can expect to meet three times in the month of March, on the 4th, 8th and the 15th, for 2 hour video conferencing session.

Each woman will have a dedicated time for her to speak, and to receive support from Darlene, Sahar, and the other women on the same journey as you.

Each participant will get a signed copy of Sahar's book: "Find Your Voice," as well as, be entered to win one of our many giveaways!

WHAT WILL I LEARN?

ON MARCH 4TH WE WILL COVER SELF LOVE

(8am PST / 11am EST)

Self-love is more than practicing daily affirmations, and thoughts of body-positivity. True self-love respects the process of growing into the woman you want to be, by accepting the journey. We will cover:

Becoming mindful. People who have more self-love tend to know what they think, feel and want. They are mindful of who they are and act on this knowledge, rather than on what others want for them.

Setting boundaries. You'll love yourself more when you set limits or say no to work, love, or activities that deplete or harm you physically, emotionally and spiritually, or express poorly who you are.

Forgive yourself & others. We humans can be so hard on ourselves. The downside of taking responsibility for our actions is punishing ourselves too much for mistakes in learning and growing. You have to accept your humanness (the fact that you are not perfect), before you can truly love yourself. Practice being less hard on yourself when you make a mistake. Remember, there are no failures, if you have learned and grown from your mistakes; there are only lessons learned.

 

ON MARCH 8TH WE WILL COVER FASHION

(6pm PST / 9pm EST)

Your Armor. Your style and the clothes you choose reflect and affect your mood, health, and overall confidence. Scientists call this phenomenon “enclothed cognition.” We will discuss how important and empowering the right clothes, and even the right under garments can be. We will offer you resources how to dress for your unique shape.

The Psychology of size. Different brands have different cuts. You may be a size 4 in one brand, and a size 6 in another. Some brands discriminate and don't offer full figure community any options! We will discuss where to shop, in person and on line no matter your size, You can be a size 0 or a size 24. We will also demystify plus size brands that use sizes 1, 2, 3, and so on.

 

ON MARCH 15TH WE WILL COVER WELLNESS

(6pm PST / 9pm EST)

Balance is b.s., we are going to talk about HARMONY. How to be graceful when it comes to your relationship with your wellness. We will

Practicing good self-care. You will love yourself more, when you take better care of your basic needs. People high in self-love nourish themselves daily through healthy activities, like sound nutrition, exercise, proper sleep, intimacy and healthy social interactions.

Living intentionally. You will accept and love yourself more, whatever is happening in your life, when you live with purpose and design. Your purpose doesn't have to be crystal clear to you. If your intention is to live a meaningful and healthy life, you will make decisions that support this intention, and feel good about yourself when you succeed in this purpose. You will love yourself more if you see yourself accomplishing what you set out to do. You need to establish your living intentions, to do this.
