We (adults and teens) deal with bullies in two forms: 

First, is the bully beyond our body. This can be a family member, a co-worker, or a frenemy. 

Second, is the Inner Bully, the one within our mind, that judges, discounts, and will often agree with our actual bully. 

You have the power to defeat both of these bullies. This meditation is a great and solid start, especially if you are feeling super sad, or anxious.
